Finding out you have a food allergy can be devastating.

Finding out you have a food allergy can be devastating. I think my first thought was, "What does that mean?" You ask your doctor and he says just avoid that food. It's just a skin test. They aren't entirely accurate.

I am going to attempt to give you ideas and recipes on how to avoid corn. It can be quite the challenge.

Sorry that my blog is evolving into a little bit of everything in life.

Yay for mint! You'll have to make some minted mushy peas. That's how they eat their peas in England. Not too bad, really. So I was just looking over your bread maker tips. I've yet to buy a bread maker b/c I'm kinda skint after buying stuff to make my house less allergic to me. What kind of flour do you use? Are there any types of bread makers you would stay away from? My goal is gluten & corn free bread.

Sorry can't help with gluten free and honestly I haven't had wheat in almost a year. I plan to get the courage up to try King Arthur again in a quick bread recipe. It won't be gluten free.
