This is a work in progress as I find the products I truly like. Keep in mind due to multiple food allergies you won't see tomatoes, sunflower, or peanuts on my list.

Venison - a generious soul gave me a deer I just had to pay for processing.
Beef - Local grass feed beef
Shelton Uncured Turkey and Chicken Hot Dogs
Empire chicken breast (kosher for passover printed on the package)
Fish - My husband and I go fishing regularly. I freeze it for later.
Fresh Vegetables - I am growing my own vegetables. Squash (patty pans, zucchini, yellow), watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, green onions, kale, swiss chard, beets, green beans, tomatoes, okra, lima beans, red runner beans, jalapeno, carrots, spinach, lettuce, radishes, turnips

I buy extra each week and blanch and freeze it to get me through the winter.

I have purchased winter squash, sweet potatoes, yams at local markets. We have Food City, Ingles, and Kroger.
Eggs - Have my own chickens. I don't feed them anything special.
If you buy local eggs, ask if they've been washed with anything but water.
King Arthur organic white wheat flour
Red Star 3 pack yeast (Amazon), since November 2014 I now make everything with sourdough.
Sourdough, biscuits, pancakes, rolls, cinnamon rolls, coffee cake, and bread.
Arrowhead Mills Whole Millet - Amazon - Brown 1 cup millet with a little grape seed oil add 2 cups water. Simmer 25 minutes. I add some browned onion and garlic, and salt to taste.
Ancient Harvest Quinoa - Amazon, Food City, Earthfare, Kroger - I like to add browned onion and garlic to mine.
Arrowhead Mills millet flour - Amazon, Earthfare
Mosher Millet - Amazon
Pioneer Sugar (beet) - Meijer or GFS (Gordon Food Service - comes in a cardboard box in plastic bag.)

Crystal Deodorant... Now this was wierd to get use to, but it works! I bought it at Three Rivers Market Coop. It's a rock of mineral salts. You wet it and rub in your arm pits. I am thinking it's good because you aren't being exposed to the alumiunm in regular deodorant, which was associated with Alzheimer’s.

I am not having issues with plain petrolium products.
Vaseline Petrolium Jelly - good for chapped skin. I also use it in my sinuses when they are dry. I also use a vaporizer when it's dry in the house. I have also been ok with the Walgreens petro in the squeeze tube.
Laundry soap
Charlie's Soap laundry soap and Charlies Soap Booster for hardwater treatment - It took a bit to get uses to Charlie's Soap, since I have very hardwater. It works much better since I started using the booster too. http://www.charliesoap.com/ I generally order it from Amazon.
Use balls of aluminum foil for static in the dryer. Seems to work pretty well.

Bath Tube / Shower cleaner - Simple Green and baking soda. The Simple Green cuts the soap scum pretty easily. I also use on other surfaces. I also use baking soda soaked with dish soap to scrub sinks and toilets. I have also used Lysol Toilet Bowl cleaner while holding my breath. I just think it cleans better.

Finding out you have a food allergy can be devastating.
Finding out you have a food allergy can be devastating. I think my first thought was, "What does that mean?" You ask your doctor and he says just avoid that food. It's just a skin test. They aren't entirely accurate.
I am going to attempt to give you ideas and recipes on how to avoid corn. It can be quite the challenge.
