Finding out you have a food allergy can be devastating. I think my first thought was, "What does that mean?" You ask your doctor and he says just avoid that food. It's just a skin test. They aren't entirely accurate.

I am going to attempt to give you ideas and recipes on how to avoid corn. It can be quite the challenge.

Tips and Tricks

Use clothes pins to seal bags.
Keep a coffee grinder for grinding spices, and flax seed.

Oil muffin pans with a pastry brush.
Keep a 1 cup measuring cup in your flour. It makes it easier to use. Most all recipes call for a cup or 2 of flour.















Rinse your quinoa and rice with a strainer before cooking.
Always rinse your rice before you cook it. It removes starch that causes the rice to stick together.
