Finding out you have a food allergy can be devastating. I think my first thought was, "What does that mean?" You ask your doctor and he says just avoid that food. It's just a skin test. They aren't entirely accurate.

I am going to attempt to give you ideas and recipes on how to avoid corn. It can be quite the challenge.

Powder Egg Omlete

My chickens have slowed down production.  I'm getting 1-2 a day from 6 hens. We got 2 new barred rock hens this year. They should start laying any day.  I've used my powder eggs. 1 TB to 2 TB water.  Made scrambled eggs yesterday with onion and bell pepper.  My garden has produced well this year.  All my produce is home grown.  Today I made an oven Omlete. Oiled pan with grape seed oil lined with homemade bread slices. Added chopped onion, bell pepper, yellow squash, salt, pepper. 6 TB powder eggs soaked in 3/4 water 15 mins and blended in mini processor. I needed to add additional water up to total 1 1/4 cups water to soak the bread. Baked 380 30 mins or until it's dry.  Added slices of Danamark Danish Havarti Cheese put back in oven for a few minutes to melt.
