Frozen Food

I have been having issues with plain frozen vegetables.  I would call the brand before buying.  I have been buying fresh beans at the fruit stand and canning them myself. I have a pressure cooker. You can also blanch any fresh vegetable and freeze. This is my solution for now. I am going to farmers markets and buying fresh. Today I am making apple sauce.  Find a farmers market in your area.  http://www.localharvest.org/
